WONDERFULLY BROKEN...

This weekend we went to the leadership conference at our church. can i just say wow. God is so amazing. I went expecting to really just kindof learn some to become a more effective leader but i got so much more. i attended Dena's session "Women in Ministry" She spoke about mary and martha. I so needed that. It is easy to get totally involved in so many things and just forgot to lay down at the feet of Jesus. In our time of prayer i really was seeking direction and provision when a dear friend came and just prayed with me. It was amazing, I said nothing to her and she prayed out loud what i was praying to myself. She gave a few words of wisdom as well and well i guess just lost it. I was so wonderfully broken for rest of the day and truly feeling so loved by my Father. On Sunday Pastor Adam spoke about truly living the first commandment and then the second commamdment in that order. I seriously thought for a while was the only person in the room. Pa also spoke on sunday night about taking our position and accepting our position in Christ. He talked about the butterfly and challenged us to spread wings.

It was absolutly beautiful.
Today i have say i just abolutely Loving God.
i subscribe to a weekly newsletter that sends scriptures for the week.
Here they are:
Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord is the Rock Eternal. --Isaiah 26:4

O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. --Psalm 63:1

I, even I, am the Lord, and apart from me there is no savior. I have revealed and saved and proclaimed -- I, and not some foreign God among you. You are my witnesses," declares the Lord, "that I am God." --Isaiah 43:11-12

It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. --Deuteronomy 13:4

Listen to advice and accept instruction and in the end you will be wise. Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails. --Proverbs 19:20-21

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. Psalms 62:8

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. --Proverbs 3:5-6

This came with One of the scriptures as well and it really Hit me.

Almighty God, teach me your ways and help me discern your paths for my life. I have so many plans and schemes, but I know if they are not from you, they will not stand. Lead me to your wisdom and I pledge to you that I will not only seek to know it, but also seek to live it. Through Jesus I pray. Amen.
